Love all bike racing -watch MotoGP (went to Le Mans this year - bloody fabulous) and try and get to a couple of BSB and club races races a year.
Shame about Rossi this year, but can't help but feel it needs a bit of new blood to come through - great to see Lorenzo blossom and some of the tighter racing behind him for the other podium places.
Roll on Assen.......

It's a helmet and all about the fit and protecting your head - go into a shop and try them on.

Not long back from MotoGP in Le Mans. You need all your ownership docs etc with you, plus there's some more stuff here:

Exposed chin bone ouch...first races hes missed!
Congrats lorenzo world champ...feel sorry for the guy if he does cos people will always wonder if he'd have done it if rossi was riding, personally i think he would have!
Me too - was at Le Mans and he just rode off no bother!!

Bigger kahunas than me to even be out in crappy weather like that!!

Looks well worth a visit that.

I go for a pair of wraparound shades similar to the Bloc ones above and have never had a problem. They should fit inside your helmet and there's various makes from all over the place depending on your budget.

This might have some advice....

Never went there but I can give you a couple of tips.
Respect limitation speed: in france, there are not so many camera but lot s of hidden cops. You will also notice that lots of biker say hello by doing a V (the F^^ck, but the other round). The guy who doesn t say hello on his bike there he considered as a ass .
A friend went there a couple of years ago and told me you have a big field nearby where all bikers are sleeping. But he told me " don t expect to sleep"... let you guess...
If you need any help (pass a phone call, do a booking there, MP). I ll be happy to help.

Merci
Anyone who's going and wants to hook up whilst they're there, send me a PM.....

It's the big Four Oh this year (as in Oh, how did that happen?!) and I'm planning a trip to Le Mans with my bro to watch the MotoGP.
Thinking about booking it via someone who sorts the whole lot out (as frankly, I'm too lazy ).
Anyone else done it? Any hints/tips etc gratefully appreciated........

What a shambles - the website doesn't even work anymore either.....

Been the last two years, but heard there were some manufacturers not going this year.
Anyone heard anything similar?

If it;s anything like the superstocks at Cadwell BSB at the weekend, they'll be top - best racing of the day by a long chalk

Love the MotoGP coverage (mainly due to Suzi Perry to be fair ), but if I hear 'Are there any questions?' one more time.........
-
In a 'test' the other day, I stuck a leg out (nearest I'll ever get to a motogp ride!) and there was a noticeable loss of speed, so my money is on the 'airbrake' option.
When I stuck both legs out, I was nearly dissected!!

Are they really as cheap as they seem? Can't find them anywhere else at any price, let alone £140.
There's a contact number listed - why not give them a call and ask a few questions on sizing etc?
-
All the best for it - relax and remember what you've learnt and you should be fine
