I might go if the weather is like it was today.

I'm fine thanks, i only clipped a guys wing mirror but to be fair he was parked on double yellows and was blocking a whole lane. The thing was i'd been using the bike for 2 weeks and i forgot how wide my car was . I promised to replace the mirror by the next day so i found a nice new cheap one near warrington, i got there and the road was flooded. The bf has just had his car lowered so he wouldn't drive through it so off i waded. I delivered the mirror and the wife said thanks. On sunday a note came through the door basically opologising for being parked on double yellows and the mirror was with it. I can 'take it back and get my money back, didn't realise you were a student and probably skint and good luck wth the studies' Needless to say i'm not taking it back.

hehe that would have been the preferable for me! although i have gone over 70 once or twice, but not by much atall Its not for the want of trying... even downhill its just not happening

I wouldn't have been able to make this anyway (had a teeny weeny accident in the car and had to replace someones wing mirror by the next day- OOOPS! Will definitely try to make it on another day as long as the weather isn't too pants.

I might give this a go if assuming it doesn't rain, its further than i've done before but i guess i'll have to get used to having a sore ass.
