So if for some reason I don't pass my motorcycle test within the two years, do I have to re-take the CBT?

I need some clarification on the issue of learner bikes and the full car license. I've had a full car license since 1987 and have recently bought a Suzuki 125.

My question:

Once I have taken the compulsory CBT does this then entitle me to ride a learner bike for the duration of my car license thus negating the 2 year provisional license rule?

Can't say for sure how old the clutch is but the bike has only done 12,000 miles.

Hi Chaps/Chapettes,

My 125 Marauder has a knocking noise from the engine from cold which doesn't change when the engine heats up. This knocking is only subdued when the bike is put into gear and the clutch lever is let out until the clutch just begins to bite, then it completely goes away until the lever is pull in again. Is this looking like solely a clutch issue or is something else at fault?
