hi all , just a little info , it's probably old news , if you have ever wanted to mount your go pro on the chin of your helmet but can't because of vent, funny angles etc, well I have just recently discovered sugru which is a plasticine like glue that you can mold into any shape you like . so you can secure your mount to front of helmet. will upload pics if needed

I believe you need to use a plastic primer, for the paint to take properly, so in a couple of months it's not flaking off. always told by my pops why why do a job if you don't do it right. cozy later down the road it will bite you on the arse.
