Sorry for late reply, no it wasn't me although I have been to Crossgates on the GSX 1400. I much prefer the blackbird, smoother, comfy and power on tap also handles better. in fact, i is better than my Busa i sold.wish I had got one years ago. if I keep it and that's a big if I get bored very quickly, I'm looking at something like this.

There seems to be lots of people wanting ride outs on here,and plenty asking for riding buddies, but i think the reason why there aren't many rideouts is because nobody wants to be road captain,or leader or front runner.people seem to want to follow rather than lead. i for one have done it myself.i actually lead a ride most times i go out with my mates away from the forum. i wouldnt mind following for a change in a larger group ride.

if anyone fancies leading a ride,im sure plenty will follow. meeting somewhere central like lymm services etc. whoever organises a ride actually should decide at what when where etc the ride consists of.

one of my shocks was shot on the gsx1400.I decided to buy some from Hagon after seeing the price of refurbishment and used shocks.so glad I did.my bike handles like a treat now for a big old girl.

nice write-up and map display, but it doesn't count unless we have evidence of said ride. motorcycle pics are very welcome along with some scenery etc cheers.
