I've got the standard ear plugs from custom fit guards which cost me £89 i believe.

As well in the helmet i've got a cheap bluetooth unit which i can listen to some music if needed but mainly use it for satnav audio.

even with the earplugs in i can hear the engine and most of whats around me as well as the music if i've got it on.

well worth the money

you probably won't find one as most schools will want you to spend the ££ on the course.

i know when i did mine they had the options for different levels of experience.

what are you going to do about the Mod 1 course and practising it before the exam? and do you not want at least a couple of lessons to let the instructor see what your riding quality is like?

did my mod1 a couple of weeks ago.

managed to pass but my bad parts in training was the slalom.

just keep practising and it will come to you. my u turns weren't great at the start. all the instructors were saying to high rev it and slip the clutch but it didn't work for me so i just did it how i wanted and worked fine.
