If I try to tighten my rear axle nut without a torque wrench set to 100nm as per the Suzuki gsr600 user manual, and just tighten it until I cant tighten it anymore with a normal wrench, will the seas boil and the moon fall from the sky? Or will it all be fine really?

Can someone break down the costs? I reckon Day £120 Fuel £20 (Inc 30 miles to and from) Oil/Lube £20 Leather rental (£50) (my two piece does not zip together) I KNOW!! IM POOR How much damage will I do to my tyres/ brakes/ engine (If I keep it shiney side up?)
