Bump..... This is the weekend after next.. Anyone else going?

Sorry i didn't make it, went to the gym, got home with all intention of getting the bike out for a ride over but..MotoGP was on tv...sat down, bottle of beer and that was that. Next time honest...

I'm still recovering from my weekend... Got there Friday afternoon around 4.00. set up the site and then hit the booze. Most of our lot where pissed by 9.00. someone suggested we hit the fair and go on the dogems. one way and no head on crashing.....yer right. we all had a ball. carried on drinking till late. Spent much of Saturday chilling on the club stand. Went for a walk on Saturday afternoon, had a look at some of the stalls, when I got back I was told someone had been asking for me...Sorry I missed you, who ever you where. Not sure if the guys where pulling me leg but Blond, Blue eyed and very pretty was mentioned. oh well. Saterday evening was a repeat of Friday but with a couple of guys pissed, inviting anyone and everyone back to our site for a party..they where both fast asleep by 10.00.. we cancelled their party. result. time left to sit and chill. Sunday, as it was such a good day I think more people made the effort to get out. loads of families with kids. I went off and done a little shopping, new visor for me lid. blue tint, road legal but for daytime use only. Also picked up a new waistcoat. Loads of gear I would liked to have bought but can't get carried away. We packed up and left at 16.30, first stop was the services for fuel then the run home. by the time I had unpacked had a shower and some grub it was time for bed and the lovely thought of WORK in the morning...Arggggg

Great to meet up with Wannars125 today, think we all had a great day down in Brighton. Fish, chips and a couple of pints on the Pier, rude not to really. Pics to follow. sorry I did'nt get to meet up with anyone else, hope you all had a good day too and stayed on the right side of the law. enough of em on the way home. Every bridge and at some junctions down the A23. Did see some unlucky bikers pulled over and getting tickets.

Hello mate, would you mind if I joined you guys? Anand More than welcome... We are going the boring route though. M25. M23 as we are meeting someone at Peas pottage srevices.

Myself and a few others will be going down from Hillingdon. Leaving The Crown, Colham Green Road, at 09.00 to beat the rush and get a parking space near Brighton and not Saltdean. Anyone else wants to tag along just be there before 09.00.

Been to two of these before, great weekend and well worth the cash. Not going to this but might be up for the next one March /April next year.

Wmmcc have the club stand tickets in now,,,Our pitch is located at R11, just behind the main arena. Anyone wants a cuppa, just come over, if I'm there, the kettle will be on.

What do you mean "Some Parts"..I have just got back from spending four days out there. It's all expensive..... €50.00 a night for a smelly B&B. €36.00 for an evening meal for two, not including starter, sweet or drinks. I have a feeling we will be going somewhere else in future. Some people have all the luck..free tickets to the MotoGP....nice one.

This is just what I am saying...shame the boy racers car got hit though.. But it could have been someone else, a bystander, a child even. It has happened. tsurugi-ijin.. No offence taken, I know what you mean. There can be good and bad in all walks of life. I go to bike meets to see the bikes abnd chat with the owners, have a laugh and chill. Not watch a load of twats racing up and down the road.

Not my scene mate.. Too many idiots racing up and down the highway trying to kill themselves. Went a few times and saw a few near misses, thought this ain't for me and stopped going. Have since heard about some nasty creashes where members of the public have been injured by someone coming off. In the end the local council will shut the place down. The idiots will move somewhere else and leave all the true bike enthusiast with nowhere to meet.

Leave earlier, but not from the Ace, use A roads, grab a good parking spot close to the front, grab some fish and chips on the Pier with a pint, and leave before everyone else does. A23 out of town can be a pain in the butt when it's busy. Other than that head north.

We was down that way yeasterday too. Hayling Island for breakfast, then Newlands Corner and Boxhill on the way back.

Me and a mate are going to Hayling Island for breafast tomorrow morning. Anyone fancy the ride can join us. Meeting at The Crown PH, Colham Green Road, Hillingdon at 08:00 leaving soon after. Ride down via M25 / A3.

I would'nt like to push that 125 two miles. it's a heavy little bike. brings back memories of pushing my Firestorm a couple of miles after running out of petrol...
