Went for a run last night on Southend Sea front. I had my Ipod on and didnt hear the Chaved up Escort drive past. A Southend Chav threw a full 2 litre bottle of Tango at me which knocked me over and covered me in Tango. By the time Id run the 4 miles hom I was like a sticky sweet and my hoody was stuck to my chest hairs.

I am fed up of my sociopathic, self-involved father..

He has just managed to get me crying in anger and frustration aswell as ruining my mums birthday.

If it wasnt bad enough that he didnt get her anything for Xmas and upset her then (Aswell as spending the whole time on his laptop to his stupid girlfriends and not giving a damn about being with us at all) He's now gone and held me waiting for days before letting me down..

Fed up that i have to keep contact with him.. Just wish he would f**k off already and leave the family alone.

i have bn here with neighbours dog barking ! they will get a sound recorded to record your noise ! its very unlikely any thing will come of this we had it here for about 2 weeks & they barked alot nothing got done as it never went on for long enough (the barking)

lost house keys on the way to work !! so swapped the lock in the door to one i had 3 keys for !

went to get another 2 cut for the lock i lost the keys too !
