Aaron - you're a wimp! Confirmed attendees for Tuesday's event appear to be as follows - me, Lau, Gubba, Ash. Plan is to meet at 6.30 at Peterborough services off A1M, but if people can make 6pm then I think that would be beneficial. Can everyone make 6pm? I think me, Lau and Ash can. Let me know

Well done Gubba, a truly original and fitting title. Hopefully Honky, Twinkles, Cinderella and Ursula will all be out again soon. Hello everyone So, on Tuesday 14 September, it will be the last Ashby Folville (Leicestershire) classic car and bike night of the year. Me, Lau, Gubba and Acemastr went in August and it was a fantastic night out. Anyone up for going? We can meet at Peterborough Extra Services at approximately 6.30 on the night.

Not for me, I'm busy all weekend doing boring but necessary stuff. Have a good one though!

Hey DaddyG, us lot do meet up quite regularly on weekends as well as Tuesdays. The Ashby Folville event is only on the second Tuesday of every month though. We basically arrange all meet ups on here!

The next night is Tuesday 14 Sept so I'll be arranging a similiar ride out then, watch the forum for details...

What a fab night out!! Me, Gubba, Aaron and Lau had a great night! Ashby Folville is fantastic, I'm glad you guys enjoyed it - you should now know that I would never recommend a dud event! We'll arrange a ride out for next month, which should be Tuesday 14 September, hopefully more people can make it next time. Watch the forum for details!

Hello all Just to let you know that me and some others from the 'Cambs & East Anglia' section are riding over to Ashby Folville in Leicestershire tonight, for their monthly classic car and motorbike night. Not sure if you've heard of it, but it's a fantastic event, usually crammed with bikers and interesting cars (if the weather's good). We're meeting at 6.30 at the Peterborough Extra Services off the A1(M), and heading down there. So if any of you guys wanted to meet up with us at the Services or were going to Ashby anyway, we may see you there!

I hope the rain holds off to, it looks good at the moment so we'll see! I haven't been to Ashby since last year so really hoping it's a nice evening...

Hi Miss C The more the merrier, great if you can make it! As regards the route, we will meet at Peterborough Services off the A1(M), Gubba will lead us to the A47 through some villages, then once we hit the A47, I will lead us down the boring road for a while, before hanging a right eventually and going through some winding roads before we eventually come to Ashby Folville. It's quite a long ride there, I'd say approx 45 mins. Hope that helps!

Aaron - is Twinkles not sure whether she wants to go to Leicestershire then? Haha ...just let me know...

Ash, your bike IS called Honky. FACT. ... And we all know that 0-60 figures don't mean much... it's not how fast the machine physically is, it's how good the rider is. As the old saying goes - it's not what you have, it's what you do with it!!! (Or something like that)

You know what, I will try and make the effort to make this event! I'm not camping at Sonisphere this weekend, so will be about on Saturday morning/early afty. Lau - keep me updated about times on text and I'll try to be there.
