Hello all We were talking at the Marina last night about arranging a ride out to sunny hunny. Ben knows a great route there, it involves no A roads whatsoever. It's pretty fun. So I'm thinking about one Sunday afternoon in August or September. When is everyone free?

Well after all that boasting from Gubba about his fabulous holiday, I feel that I must boast that I too have been away, although I've only been to Sonisphere Festival and to Devon for a few days!! Weather not looking great for tomorrow night really is it...

My excuse for not going is that it looked decidely miserable outside last night. Everyone knows that my rule for biking is above 20 degrees and sunny (and usually after 12pm). I have broken that rule a few times this year, daren't break it last night. I think Gubba has the best excuse. God only knows what he was coaching the girls to do...

Hello all Seems that no one else can make this anymore. I'm going with my boyfriend but there will be no meeting at 6.15 at the services. It's a shame no one else can make it, it's a fantastic evening out. OkCoky - might see you there, though my mobile reception at Ashby is always terrible.

Hey all I've started a post in the Cambs section about going to the bike and car meet at Ashby Folville this Tuesday night. Do any of you guys go to this? I think it's in your area? (Leics?)

So, attendees so far: Me Ash Gubba Cogsworth White devil As regards weather, of course we're not going if the weather is naff. They don't call me a fair weather biker for nothing. Plan is to meet at Peterborough Extra Services on the A1(m) at about 6.15pm on Tuesday. This time is pretty flexible. It's good to leave fairly early as this is a very busy event so we may not even get a space anywhere if we go any later (yes, I know bikes can park anywhere, but you'll believe me when you see it) Any one else interested? Let's hope for a sunny evening!

I think they were giving out leaflets about this at the Marina the other week Unfortunately I can't make it as I'm in Blackpool that weekend. Also it does start at a frighteningly early time...

Well here I am trying to arrange the usual ride out for Ashby! The next one is on Tuesday 14 June. Last month's was awesome, with nearly 5,000 people there, half of which were bikers. The plan will probably be to leave from Peterborough Services at about 6.15pm, but the time is flexible really depending on what suits people.
