    Excuse me, I too have a modern sports bike... ... ... Anyway. You'll know what I mean when you get there. I will warn you of the exact details tomorrow. It's seriously worth taking it slowly, if you ever think you might want to have children.

Can I warn you that some of the roads that Ben will be taking us on are a little exciting, I wouldn't set your suspension too hard.

    Well Tango, I was at Ashby Folville last night, which is by far the greatest local monthly bike event ever, despite the fact that everyone on this forum regularly wimps out of going. As for the Sunday almost morning thing, I caved into the peer pressure and compromised!! Glad I'm keeping you guessing though!!

    I may well be at Hartford, as no one seems to want to go to the great event that is Ashby Folville, and not keen on travelling on my own...

    Yup, Peebo services off the A1M, 12.30pm on Sunday Ben is going to lead us the fun way to sunny hunny, which doesn't involve the A47 or any other boring roads Should be good!

    Started learning when I was 17 so... 10 years. Though of course it's only ever been on sunny days when it's been over 15 degrees.

    Seawolf - it'll be good to see you again, we didn't really get to chat at Hartford the other night as it was raining! Great to see another lady biker to join me and Lau! You can meet some of the boyz of the group too, they are all lovely people. None of them have been riding as long as me and they still have lots to learn but they're all making good progress...

    I see you're all ganging up on me I actually genuinely can't make the morning that Sunday as I am actually busy, but I'll compromise then and we'll say 12.30 It's gotta be lunchtime for getting to sunny hunny for fish and chips anyway!!!

    Hey Hope everyone on the list is still up for this! Ben should have his new bike then, so he will be showing it off before it's planned re-spray. Plan is to meet at the Peebo services off the A1M at about 1.30pm on Sunday and then we'll head to sunny hunny. Time and location can change if anyone finds that inconvenient All cool?

    So it's me again, talking about the monthly bike and classic car meet at Ashby Folville in Leicestershire It's on the 9th this month, need to leave from P'boro between 6 and 7, but times are flexible Anyone up for it?
