CBT pretty easy as long as the instructors are good if you have ridden a push bike you will be able to ride a motorbike the hard bit is the control as it has tons more power. Take your time relax and enjoy thats all i can say. Oh and good luck

You should of took is number and any company logo info and reported him. Dont paint all hgv drivers with the same brush im a hgv driver and i can assure you most of them are excellent drivers, Much better trained and aware of there surroundings than your average driver. But that said it must have been very intimidating for you. @ martyc there not all fat -

Better luck next time -
That does seem harsh. If he put his foot down and stopped even for 1 sec he obeyed the sign. Sounds like the company just wants more cash. I thought a cbt was just training as that's what it stands for. I didn't realize you could fail unless you did something really stupid or continually messed up. Can he not appeal?

Im glad you passed as for your brother how did he pass in 3 hours a cbt last a full day? -
you must be aware of your surroundings at all times (to be as safe you can be) the only way that is going to happen is when you make lots of obs. When your riding is interupted by road conditions/lights/braking etc etc forward planning all contributes to it. If you think to yourself i havent done an ob for a while your already to late be aware of everything around you then you will have done enough you are riding for yourself so theres only you watching for YOU other drivers dont care about YOU so keep your eye out

good luck man you do fine im sure
