ITS a b*ch lol because this is all i ned to do so i can get my MOT and TAX LOL BUT NOTHINGS EASY I GUESS
  2. Oh another problem i got is its tickover is at 3000rpm and slowly lowers itself then back up.... is this becuase the exhaust is coroded???

  6. Yes, After i got this exhaust off im going to apply the new bolts with copper grease so its much easier next time if need be.
  7. Ok just to keep you updated: I have applied WD40 and im getting a wire brush today! so i hopefully should have replaced the exhaust by tomrow or the day after! Also another question! Does anyone know where i can find the spark plug and what fairings i need to (if any) take off...??? Thanks Sam,

  9. Ok if these pictures are no good I'll try in daylight tomorrow after work The one that's seized but more likely easier to take off: http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb12 ... _A0564.jpg The one that's covered in 'messy' exhaust sealer stuff and looks impossible to take off: http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb12 ... _A0566.jpg And I'll give them a ring tomorrow - Only problem i have with garages the fact they like to tell you problems with your bike that never exist! And they cost money which is why its my last option Thanks Sam,
  10. Hi, I'm kinda new to this forum and just need some general advice... Basically i have a new standard exhaust to fit on the bike (it looks different to the one its self). The bolts that needs unscrewing from the main engine part when it meets are seized I've tried WD40 and it still hasn't worked... I though instead of blunting the bolt heads i thought id get some advice on how i can remove them to put on my new exhaust. The bike seems to have some sort of sealer stuff on it which is flaking off looks very stupid as well and one of the bolts is covered in this which looks bit like a cone and is also covering the riverty bits Wondering if it would be worth taking it to a garage and then getting them to fit it and de-restrict it at the same time but wondering what the cost is likely to be? Sorry for my lack of technical words but i have alot to learn and looking forward to it! I'm 17 and i have a DNA i wanted a 125 but for 250 quid for the bike, Bike jacket worth 200 quid and a helmet worth 100 quid i cant turn that down . that was from a friend - And before i get judged i respect bikes and don't intend to tune it and kill it slowly like most people my age with bikes and the reason i want to derestrict it is personally i think 30mph is dangerous Thanks for any help or advice SAM,
