What should i do to give my bike some TLC? someone suggested greasing the brakes for example how would i do that also what other stuff should i do that is neccasary? Also my brakes are squeaking a little could that to be with the greasing that needs applying??? Thanks in advance, Sam

but surely (if it did work) it would blow your engine up and if not is no good for the engines rilability?

Ok basically a simple question... Surley a unrestricted rev limiter is not healthy for an engine at all so why would people want one? :S Wasn't sure which section this goes into so move if its wrong.

i got a variator kit arriving soon anyway so once thats fitted ill see what its like and if still not ok then ill get them to look at the clutch cheers for help ill keep ya updated on what goes on.

I pull off the lights in my gilera dna 50 and its got this judering feel to it... obviously this isnt normal any suggestions what this could be?.... btw i dont ride it cold so its not problems of it being cold - i think its somehting to do with my drivebelt maybe??? also its lost general power.... not that the thing has much power in the first place...

9200 - yes its derestricted - when i had the exhaust fitted the guy took it for a test run and said he got 36 out of it and probably needs the rollers doing at some point.

Took it to a garage and got it moted and everything and now on the road... but i have a problem... It struggles to get into the higher gear.... once it reaches 36-37 its goes into it but it cant do 36-37 on a straight so i can only pick up speed down a hill which isnt good on a straight in a 40 zone. I think it needs adjusting? is it something i could do with minor mechanical experience? and i am willing to buy any parts for it so what parts would i need to buy? EDIT: It is an automatic Thanks!!!

OK bad news... VERY BAD I turned the bike off.... and then i turned i back on again and it made a loud *POP* noise somewhere inside the bike!!! i am very conserend about this....!!! EDIT: Ok i havent tried starting it again but i turned the bike on (i.e electrics) and now the dashboard stuff comes up where as it didnt before.....
