Think i will go down the heated grips path

Now that the colder mornings are here i have decided to invest in some eqp to keep my fingers warm . I have been looking at the Oxford heated grips but i have read that even when you switch them off they still can drain your battery ( is that true ) I would have thought once switched off they would be ok . So i have been looking at the Oxford muffs any advice on which you guys prefer would be great
Cheers

Managed to pick up a screw in the rear tyre of my Blade on sun. I repaired it using a temp repair kit and having rang around a few motorcycle tyre places cant find one to repair it ( on saying once you have fixed a temp repair you cant repair after that ) I have noticed the mushroom plug kits on the net but not sure if i should go that road but my head is telling me to bite the bullet and get a new tyre
Any advive would be great

Decided to take my blade out for a spin as I have only done 70 miles on it since I got it ' so decided on a trip to the borders first stop Carter bar then onto Howick, Selkirk, then on to Moffat . Passed St Marys Loch first time I had been this way so kept stopping to admire the view Roads were ok apart from a few dodgy bits from Selkirk to Moffat ( lots of loose gravel )
All in all a nice run out 228 miles
Sorry for the three same photos but new to posting photos Ha Ha

I have a problem in that my rear indicator on my 2001 cb 750 stops working every now and then I think the problem lies within the unit because when i move the wire it starts working again . Can the unit be stripped down or is it time for a new one ?
As always thanks in advance

Hi Guys
A lad at work kindly gave me a tank bag that sits on with magnets attached inside the flaps . As my bike only has a small nose screen above the head light i was wondering if there is any chance it may fly off . The lad said it was fine on his bike with a screen ,and thinks it will be ok on mine
Any Thoughts
Cheers

Noticed Newcastle Motorcycles had some Furygan Leathers in and i must say the quality looks realy good
Quite pricy but i suppose you get what you pay for and there is a interest free offer so i am toying with the idea
Anybody any thoughts on Furygan ?
