I am looking to get a new second hand bike and I notice on auto trader almost every where offers home delivery.

Would I be crazy to buy a bike that way?   Or should I wait for everything to return to normal and I can visit the dealers ?

I passed my test back in December (at Macc) and I am now looking to get my first big bike.   I want to use it for a bit of commuting to work and to keep my eye in really and build up some experience.  

Would a second hand tracer 700 (circa 2017) be a good first bike?
