Ha! nice one, The previous bike I bought was a deal done with the wife. She wanted a new kitchen that was delivered and stored in the garage. I could have a new bike when the kitchen was out of the garage and installed. That kitchen was fitted in record time
Hi Andy It was a shame you could not make it. Went to jack Lilley the Triumph dealership in Shepperton. The new speed tripple is to be unveiled on Thursday, so I thought I would look into a deal on the current Speed Triple, as they will want to get rid of old stock. Really tempted Got to convince the wife watch this space. Dave
If I rember correctly, the measuring guage is used to measure from the top of the forks to the top of the oil when you have re-filled. I did this a couple of years ago on a VFR without a £200 tool. I used a Steel rule with fine increments on. Dave
here is my 12. Bought this two years ago after it was brought over from Guernsey with 1500 miles on it Suppose you can only ride so far on a little island. Fitted power commander, road legal can with removable baffle and a digi gear. The tyres that came with the bike looked original, so I fitted Avon storms and am really pleased with them.
