  1. I've been using it a lot recently, but mainly while going through puddles!
  2. Hi cat, Glad you had a good day, I was talking to two of the guys at work who run the thing, said it was a good day except the rain. Its ounds like a really good relaxed day. I'm booking one for later on in the year.
  3. I agree with techno, whilst we may not like the verdict, there are some situations where things just happen and sadly in this case the jury has found him not guilty. If there is a low sun and he could not see than the jury has seen fit to go not guilty. Life sucks....

    New Glasses

Well I collected them yesterday morning, and to be fair in the shop I was suprised they were not a bad as I thought. As the day went on, I noticed a few things. I have to now start truning my head, insted of my eyes as the distance focal point on the varifocal leses is different and very narrow compared to my old lenses. I also noticed that the up and down part is no problem, reading close up is great as I don't have to strain my eyes now but looking from left to right is really annoying as i'm use to turning my eyes, now to get the best focal point I have to turn my head! I also got a hell of a headache yesterday and felt really fatigued after wearing them for a few hours. I suspect this is normal while the eyes get use to them.
  5. Last Summer XS in 1991 at Wembly...no idea what my next will be. However my best was Jimmy Buffet in Boston USA in 1991... great gig!
  6. Well i have had mine for a week or so now. Its very comfy, its not noisy and on a hot day the sun roof is really nice. Come with pinlock as standard. Its a good lid.

    New Glasses

Yep, I've gone for the best lenses I could afford, which to be fair the optition said are "Superb lenses" £300 for 2 lenses, there were cheaper options but I figured go for broke! I have also insured then against damage, it was £45 for 2 years (I don't normally do this but at the cost of them I thought its worth it), the whole deal cost me a whopping £545, lenses, insurance and new frames. Plus a free pair of perscription sun glassed. It seems a lot, but my sight is something I like to get right.

    New Glasses

Well I've just had to order some new glasses, as my old ones are scratched and old. I've noticed that while reading and wearing glasses and also computer use can be a strain so as expected the optician has now suggested vary focal I'm feeling old! But I'm also really worried that I’m not going to get on with them and due to my prescription the lenses are really expensive! so I’ve shelled out a small fortune for them. Anyone got any experience going from normal lens to a vary focal?
  9. It's easily done, my dad is always leaving me in the pub but I usually manage to stagger home myself!
  10. I'm selling everything at the moment on Ebay, cars bikes ets... i have got some amazing prices for it. Seem people really get auction fever!
  11. Not really bothered about them... I like the Czech Weddings as the groom pays for all the drinks, I just get drunk and have a great time at some one elses expence.
  12. I've just had a lovely cheque of £1116 refund from the tax man, was planning to put it towards a new bike (nc700) but my bike has just sailed through the mot with no advisories and she is very reliable and im getting 50 mpg out of her so I'm going to keep her. I'm putting £300 in the holiday fund, give the kids each £100 take the family out for a slap up meal, a new lid for me as I hate my current one, new knee sliders as my ols ones are shagged and what's left will get lost in the savings account! It's nice to have some money thats not accounted for already in the family budget!

  14. I remember something simular happening at ASDA, we hung some clothes on the trolly and forgot to put them through, got to the carpark and realised so I went back and spoke with the customer services, I paid for the items and was given a £5 voucher for being honest!

  17. Really? Please explain. I'm genuinely interested how our heritage is so corrupt to the core.
  18. Offended ? No. More like laughing our asses off at the stupidity. what's so stupid about having a good time with getting together with the family and celebrating our countries heritage..? So while you laugh at my stupidity I shall laugh at your ignorance!
