  1. passed mod 1 today my nerves were going mental till i saw that my examiner was a woman then all of a sudden i was very calm and even enjoyed the test. i thought the test was very easy even with 9 people watching for no reason at all. 1 more days training then on to mod 2 in 10 days
  2. bought it off him today
  3. thanks for the advice, i will ring him now
  4. is there any major difference between the versions? i have been offered the 1st version by a friend but i have no idea if its worth £75
  5. What are the 2 things? both the fast ones, done the rest on my 1 day das
  6. i would say thats bad i paid £160 for a full day. unlucky with the mod 1 but you will nail it next time
  7. That seems incredibly quick for the Mod 2. I can see a day working for the Mod 1. we trained in the morning doing the mod 1 and on many occasions i had to wait aside for the other person so he could get to grips with what he was doing. i found it all very easy on both the 125 and 500. in the afternoon we went out on the road and after 10 mins it felt so natural forgot i was on a 500 other than the speed difference. everything went well and its hard for me to go wrong as i have traveled around the whole of leeds. when we went back the instructor told me that i would ace the mod 1 no problems and the only thing i did wrong on the ride out was not setting off fast enough at roundabouts and always stopping at them even when traffic was going the other way.
  8. that sucks im trying to save on some pennys so i can get a second bike and some tattoos seems a lot of money (£135) just to learn 2 things
  9. first off is it standard of all driving schools that you have a mod 1 mock before the test? i really just want a bike for the test i do have my own bike and i could get it there but does it need to be insured ect?
  10. 4 days you joking? if you need a 4 day das there is something wrong, i was only driving for 3 months and i only needed 1 full day before moving on to mod 1 and a 1 hr session before mod 2
  11. its booked for a week on friday had to go to wakefield but no big deal
  12. Yes. Use a larger range of dates. Or try another test centre. im using the no preference option and iv tried 8 different places :s obviously there are lots of people that want to do it. Mine is booked for September. I booked it a few days ago. Try searching in a wider area with more test centres so what your saying is 8 test places are booked up all year? there coming up with no dates at all even though iv searched for any day well im just gonna speak to my driving instructor and let him sort it out
