  1. they are always first pick for me, an i don't know why this is, but curvy girls, always seem to be the nicer/sweeter ones, from my experience anyway
  2. your right about the metabolism, it naturally slows when you get older, also agree about the too skinny thing, i hate the looks of people too skinny, thats why i tend to prefer what some people would class as "chubby" girls, think they look so much better than stick thin ones
  3. haha, just like the hairy bikers now to be honest i really wished i liked fish, just remember last time i had it, it made me sick, and since then i don't want to even look at it again
  4. any meats but pork, rice, pretty much any vegtables lol, don't mind eating anything but fish
  5. Anything is better than nothing!, and you say about heart rate etc, but interval will lose fat faster, as your body has to change pace a lot, you burn calories as your body tries to cool/ warm itself, you will go further doing interval than you would just one pace, cause you jog for so long then walk, the walk gives you time to get your breath back before staring again, so you will lose more
  6. not many people believe that interval is as good, cause of course you slow down, but interval training, burns more calories and fat than running, but will also help keep muscle mass etc
  7. i actually found unhealthy food the thing that made me enjoy workouts at the start, as before i would eat unhealthy food and it was just nothing but empty calories, but i started eating healthy, and training, then rewarded myself by eating something that would be classed as "fatty", which after a week or two of not eating it, it tasted better, but i would only allow myself it, if i trained hard enough, so i ended up pushing myself more and more. was a great way to start i found, but i think thats a personal thing, i still eat cake etc now, but i just don't eat it all the time like before
  8. always got to treat yourself for being good , an well done on quitting! oh and if you can quit smoking, im sure you can get down to the weight you would like to be
  9. nope, thats completly right hun
  10. just thought might aswell put a tip in here for some of the people trying to lose weight... don't always just do one or so types of exercise, there is a thing called muscle confusion, which is basically changing yourwork out and shocks it into buring fat, also do interval training, so run for 1 mile walk for a mile type of thing oh and if you always eat healthy then shock your body by eating cake etc, something you wouldn't normally eat, that fatty food will actually make you lose fat , currently learning to be a personal trainer at college , first time i have ever put what they learnt me to use
  11. haha!, i was just looking through some, the only pics i could find of myself were fully clothed and covered up as much as possible
  12. i have been trying to get people to do the same too! in january, just after my 17th birthday i was 16 stone, 25% body fat now im 12 stone 9 pound, 12%body fat:). will upload pics at some point, just gotta find some, as you will know, when your fat, you dont take many pics of yourself!, just noticed that i done it in a different order to you though, i gained muscle, then lost the fat, and now looking to do some form of boxing but good work mate, keep it up!
  13. right, i have been looking for a place to do my mod1 and 2 around the local area, i have e-mailed a lot and didnt get any e-mails back, also i have called a couple and they either dont answer the phone, or say a load of rubbish and put the phone down before i can even ask them anything. so, are there any places that people around here would recomend for me?, don't mind paying for a lesson on top of the mod etc, just need to find somewhere thank you
  14. well done hun! hope to get mine booked sometime this week
  15. well done wish i could be saying the same right now!

  18. im around 15 miles outside of birmingham, an i was thinking about doing the £70 one, but just wasn't sure, plus doubt asking one of the test places for there opinion, cause i bet they will all say there one is best
  19. right, passed my theory yesterday and spent the rest of the day looking for a place local to do my mod 1, but most of them are either doing a 3 day course thing for £650, or i have to pay £70+ cause i have to do a lesson with the module. would it be worth just going for one of these, or keep looking, i haven't done gears much before, but for the normal £15 a time, i could learn them, whilst learning the module will be grateful for any input
  20. Couldn't quite remember which one it was, just remembered it ended in a 1
  21. Lent one from a friend, but thanks anyway!, got the thing at 8 o'clock tomorow morning
