Does it still only tick over with the choke on when it's warm?

Have you tried blowing out the carb line with an air hose..

Check the fuel tap, I had an issue when it was stuck on all the time resulting in 20 quids worth of fuel sitting in the sump.

My old dad used to say, if it's not running right, thrash it till it does.

I asked myself the same question nine years ago so tried out the sv650, hornet, fazer and bandit and found the bandit to be more comfortable, cheaper insurance and suited my fat belly ( all other tank shapes got in the way of my gut) I still have the same bike I bought way back then and still love it to bits. In it's just sailed through the MOT with nothing needed cept a set of treads.

I don't look at bikes in the way of speed and power as at the end of the day they all do at least 80.

I live in Fleet - would be up for a ride out!

Being a cruiser type as opposed to throwing it round a track type, it's not for me. My preference is to get there safe not get there fast.

Hi Capitano, that's where i was last night.

Was a cool blast down the road. Loads of bikes there, especially enjoyed drooling over a Buell with a see through fuel tank.

I'm going to have a wee blast down there tonight with a mate. If anyone see's me on a Silver Bandit with Tribal Decals, come and say hi!

Bit of a strange question but...

Just got round to buying myself proper goretex/textile bike trousers and would like to know if, apart from a clean pair of boxers are you supposed to wear jeans underneath as well?

I'm gonna attempt to organise a rideout for this coming Saturday. I'll do me best but i've been told in the past that i couldn't organise a pissup in a brewery.

I propose Saturday 30th April at 11am meeting at the Meadows Car park (Tesco) the area nearest to the main road at the petrol station end.

Help and suggestions about routes and things is greatly apreciated.

Any suggestions on length of ride? 1hr or 2 hrs?

Stick to main A roads or some B roads too. Towns and villages to avoid?
