Hi, Been a while since I last posted so hope everyones doing well.. Im trying to get a bit of help with the lighting on my bike. Being a YBR its not got the best of lighting and from where you ride you've got naff all chance of seeing either the indicators or the warning light. I had a look around ebay and found a chap that does a low power but 85Db audio warning buzzer, which hopefully will remind me to turn the darn things off! Should be just 3 wires and I thought it would be a doodle ( Im usually quite good at these sort of things ) but I just cant seem to figure it out or the bikes wired oddly. Its stock and hasn't been tampered with apart from me adding 2 twin LEDS DRL. Buzzer has 3 wires, 2 red + 1 black. Should be a straight case of one red for each side of the live indicator and the black either to earth or you can connect it to the live side of the brake. The difference being that if its earthed it beeps with EVERY indicator 'flash' or if its connected into the live side of the brake light it will stay silent until the brake light is off then beep again if the indicator is still flashing. Should be simples... Try as I might I followed what I think should happen in the circuit with a circuit tester ( unfortunately I cant get to the back of the lights to test directly ) but just didn't get a pulsing circuit when the bulbs flash, very odd. Would someone kindly have a look at the wiring diagram for me and see which wire they think I require for the 2 flashers? I would like the 'beeper' to stay off whilst the rear brake bulb is lit and I think that's the YELLOW wire. Can someone kindly advise me for the other?
