I didn't get a 50cc for the fact their top speed is 30, you have to keep leftish in any zone faster than 30 and they sound crap! My 110 is fast off the line, doesn't sound crap, will do 65, 70 down a hill and for what i use it for it's ideal! Plus it's 4 stroke, fuel injected? something like that! I'll get a propper bike in a few years when i have more experience on 2 wheels So not many people on here are fans of scooters

Which do you all prefer? I'm guessing due to the forum name that the majority would prefer motorbikes, but does anyone own or prefer scooters? I love mine! And will probably look to get a bigger bike in future but for now i'm more than happy, plus because it's 110 cc i can keep up with traffic! I was just asking really, to see what other bikers thought of scooters... would be a bit embarrasing if i saw a group of bikes, had a chat with them, showed them my ride and they laugh at me So yeah, what do y'all think?

Started at 9 am, introduced to the instructer who was friendly and really helpful! Went out onto the pad, put the bikes on and off the stand, pushed it round, tested breaks, rode round the pad a few times, practiced u-turns and figures of 8, then road positioning turning left and right. Lunch (well, a quick break) Out on the the roads at 10:20 am, rode around taking turns to lead, finished at 1:10 and had a nice ride home. It's a great feeling to be free I' looking forward to many a happy year on motorbikes

A woman in a skirt is sat on a london double decker bus when she decides to go up to the top deck for a fag, upon climbing the stairs she rememers she forgot to put any knickers on, so she carries on, lights the fag and hopes nobody notices, as she finishes the fag, the bus starts to slow down so she stands at the top of the staircase and shouts to the conductor "Exuse me, is this Ealing?" Can't wait! Doing it on my own Honda Vision 110 then riding back with my Uncle if i pass! According to friends, it's very hard to fail... is this true? One lad said "it's alright joe, you can't fail" I shouldn't go to it feeling complacent "this will be easy" should i?

Yes the jacket has shoulder, back, elbow and side protection and the trousers have thigh and knee protection (both waterproof), the gloves are like textile with a leather palm, hard to explain. I might check out the bike show actually aswell.
