Guest Mr Miller Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 To the 10 or so bikers riding out of Richmond today at about 15:00 who took the time to wave to my 2½ year old lad, who was stood at the side of the road, waving his arm off....a great big thank you from me! I gave you alll a nod - cos I felt daft waving! He was made up! Splashing in the river followed by a convoy of smiling, waving bikers! An extra big thank you and a hug to the biker bringing up the rear, wearing a pink jacket and pink lid.....i'm guessing you were a lady!......who 'beep-beeped' too, for ages afterwards, he kept saying, "Waved at the bikes - beep beep!"I was glad to get the tribe out in the sun...........but wished my bike was working so I could've joined in! TC Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Doesnt it just put a smile on your face both the bikers and kids enjoying themself. Quote
Guest Mr Miller Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Definitely! He was happy that the bikers were waving at him! Some riders don't notice him waving and you wonder what he's thinking, then there are times like this when you can see that he's loving it! When I'm on the bike and kids point and wave, I always wave back - it makes me feel good, too!We are a lovely bunch of people aren't we? Quote
