Guest Posted October 18, 2009 Share Posted October 18, 2009 always the back first...put the bike on the side stand, then position the paddock stand under the rear swingarm/or bobbins.. using the left hand and grab rail straighten the bike up nad then push the paddock stand down.. i would get someone to assist for the first few times, even if its just to watch and help if needed, then move the the front and position under the fork legs, and push down.. you should only need it on both if you are working on the front wheel... removal of the forks isn't posible with conventional stands, you'd need one that locates under the steering neck Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
