paddock stands

always the back first...


put the bike on the side stand, then position the paddock stand under the rear swingarm/or bobbins.. using the left hand and grab rail straighten the bike up nad then push the paddock stand down..


i would get someone to assist for the first few times, even if its just to watch and help if needed, then move the the front and position under the fork legs, and push down..


you should only need it on both if you are working on the front wheel... removal of the forks isn't posible with conventional stands, you'd need one that locates under the steering neck

eazy riders lift or something like that....i was after looking for another iv seen but couldnt find it.


bit like an abba stand but only slotted in one side and lifted both wheels....looked really trick
