Guest Posted January 31, 2010 Posted January 31, 2010 have 1996 vn 1500 twin firing up on just front cylinder.plugs sparking, have been swapped around no difference, and wet when removed. new plug leads and caps fitted.there is compression on rear cylinder.any ideas ?? Quote
Guest Posted January 31, 2010 Posted January 31, 2010 (edited) does it have seperate coils? if so swap them round see if its the coil, if it stays on same cylinder then it is before the coil..if its firing on both plugs when tested out of the engine the coils are working.... What about new plugs, they can fail as well,,,,Might show a spark on test out of the engine,, but fail when fitted & under compression,,,, Quote
