Aaron
Wotcha. My manual says i should have 25 - 35 mm. Does this mean sloppy slack, or total? what I mean is that if i push the chain up with my finger it moves about 30mm. But if I push a little harder i can move it further (about another 10mm), but the further movement is not entirely 'sloppy', if you catch my drift? It requires a little more force (still just using a finger though).Ta.
Guest akey
You need to find the tightest part of the chain first. Then is should be the correct tension with a little pressure, not excessive force (hard to say in words lol).
Guest
Think of it in terms of 'free movement' ie don't apply extra pressure. So what you can move with your finger, is 'free movement'.In my opinion
Decor58
It's the what you discribe as 'sloppy' movement. The free play so to speak.
