:stupid: Hi ppl. Here comes a daft question. My chain is a little slack. How do I tighten it. Never done one before. And I want to do a lot of work for myself. Also how often do you change oil and how can I tell when my chain and sprockets need replacing. Cheers jon.

Get a Haynes manual, this would be a far better way of doing it rather than listening to us! Although, there is also a guide in the pit stop for ya :) (and this should be there too, might i add)

Basically how it works jonny, is you loosen up the back wheel, and pull it backwards (away from the bike) until the chain is tight, then you tighten up the wheel again...

Tools needed;

Torque wrench (torch wrench, lmao - personal joke)

Good socket set/good spanner set

Measuring tape (is used to make sure the wheel is perfectly straight)

Look on youtube and google for tutorials and how-tos :)
