I have tried to get on with my Schuberth C2 but I really can't!

It is the noisiest lid I have ever worn, the opening catch is to the left hand side and difficult to operate, the velcro part of the chin strap velcro is really crap, the ventilation either freezes your head or lets it mist up at will, the visor venting function is hard to engage/disengage one handed.

In short - IT IS CRAP!

PS- For sale Schuberth C2 great helmet really quiet and easy to use good condition, hardly worn £180 (bought for £200)

hmmm, para, I was going to tell you to drop all your plans and come for a ride tomorrow.....

might not after the ky comment.....

back on topic tho, I bet its not as loud as my lid. it has an internal sun visor with a little lever on the top of the helmet (oo er) which whistles like a bitch when you get over 69 mph. I only noticed this last week as my intruder topped out at 65!

I am working all day tomorrow - and the C2 has an internal sun visor too - perhaps that's the problem

I think I might try to file mine down a bit, I hardly ever use it so I don't really mind if it doesnt work afterwards.

I am off every Wed and Thurs so give me a shout if you are free.......

Just shows what bollocks manufacturers come out with, Schuberth say "whisper quiet 86.5dB at 62mph" which translates to "the noisiest lid I have ever worn"

Was going to buy a Schuberth too, but they didn't sell them where I went so ended up with a Duchinni which I'm glad I did now.

I have a Duchinni also... damn its noisy... I am happy my bike wont go over 55 as my head would probably explode
