Can i ride upto 33bhp after i've done my cbt test?

I'm looking to buy an aprilia rs125cc with 33bhp. I'm not too sure if i can ride this after doing my CBT test, i've been looking for places that restrict bike's (Within the Birmingham area) but i haven't had any luck.


All i want to know would it be against the law to ride a 33bhp bike straight after my CBT, and if insurance companies would screw me if they fount out I'm riding a 33bhp bike. I'm also 24 years old.

Need to do you MOD1 and MOD2, plus your theory before that, if you do it on your 125,can then ride anything up to 33bhp for 2 years, then can ride anything.
