got a really annoying noise eck eck eck eck not sure where its coming from maybe front breaks but noise doesnt stop when breaks are used, any ideas anyone.

does the noise increase with speed,? if so its a wheel issue, but hard to diagnose, if you have a stand, get the front of the bike in the air, (centre stand and fat mate on seat)


turn the wheel by hand and listen for noise, and check alignment, wheel buckled, out of line, try and twist wheel on axle to check bearing play, and twist forks, head bearing play..


otherwise get a garage to have a look, if its something serious on the front, it could cause a lock up and you'll be over the bars.. ouch.
