DutchMick Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 Formula 1 gets nearly 2 1/2 hours of LIVE tv time on saturday just for the qualifying. If you want to watch the Assen round of MotoGP you have to wait until the early hours of sunday morning for a 1 hour show and not to mention the 2 worst racing commentators that have ever breathed. Ok, Parrish isn't THAT bad but Charlie " Nightmare in a bubble car, Thats shot the fox" Cox is a waste of space.MAKES MY BLOOD BOIL!!!!!! Quote
Guest Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 That's cos f1 is better and bigger audience... especially without Rossi! Quote
oldgreg01 Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 It will be on live on multiscreen on the red button. Quote
Jimmi_929RR Posted June 25, 2010 Posted June 25, 2010 I agree about the commentators - Parrish has the charisma of a cardboard box and that Aussie bloke just gives me the urge to kill. Jamie Whitham and the other bloke from BSB are the best IMO. And WTF has happened to Suzi Perry? She was the best bit about it for me. Quote
Ratser Posted June 26, 2010 Posted June 26, 2010 All Moto GP races live on Eurosport. Also WSB Superstock on tonight (Saturday), WSB and BSB on tomorrow all on Eurosport too.Moto 2 just about to finish now, 125's already done. Quote
Fazer Pete Posted June 26, 2010 Posted June 26, 2010 Agreed Mick, very shoddy. Rather show qualifying for a procession than an actual race. Load of cock Quote
Guest Posted September 2, 2010 Posted September 2, 2010 on the Beeb on Sunday 5th Sept Round 12 - MisanoWatch:Next on:Sunday, 12:35 on BBC OneSynopsis - Jennie Gow presents live coverage of the San Marino Grand Prix at Misano, round 12 of 18 in the 2010 MotoGP calendar. The Misano circuit is Valentino Rossi's local track and the charismatic Italian is bound to have the overwhelming support of the home crowd. Rossi has won this race for the last two years, and a hat-trick would help to alleviate the disappointment of a season wrecked by a broken leg in June. Quote
nigelwood1 Posted November 4, 2010 Posted November 4, 2010 I watched the first part of the MotoGP from Estoril last weekend, on BBC, but after 5 laps I went and did something else as those 2, know NOTHING Cox and too interested in myself Parrish just got on my nerves. They missed so many obvious things and couldn't tell who was who.If they are going to have people commentating then at least use someone who has a vague Idea of what they are talking about...Also the pitlane skirt that took over from her majesty Suzi Perry, needs to learn a bit about the sport. talk about thick as pig ****.... Not very nice to look at either...I will stick to watching on Eurosport in future as that bunch of idiots on BBC haven't the first clue about how to run a show... Quote
jimsoon Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 I just got myself hd tv package and I was really annoyed that eurosport HD does not show motogp! So I watched on BBC HD and it was brilliant, I didn't even mind the commentry, the pictures were so sharp, and dani had an HD camera on the front of his bike which was superb! Top job BBC! Quote
PhatDad Posted November 8, 2010 Posted November 8, 2010 I just got myself hd tv package and I was really annoyed that eurosport HD does not show motogp! So I watched on BBC HD and it was brilliant, I didn't even mind the commentry, the pictures were so sharp, and dani had an HD camera on the front of his bike which was superb! Top job BBC! I've got to admit that my chin hit the floor at the quality of the HD bike camera and my first thought was 'I want one' the second thought was 'I bet Dan has one already'. I don't care about the commentators as I know shit about the sport either. Quote
techno Posted November 8, 2010 Posted November 8, 2010 I actually dontr care about how sharp the pictures are I like the eurosport package and also were forced to pay the dick commentators wages! Quote
