mod 1 fail

Hi everyone just had me mod 1 this morning at 09:45. Shot through first part ok ( slalom figure 8 u-turn ) was a bit slow on the swerve at 44 kph and 52 kph on emergency stop. Had another go and got 47 kph so failed on the swerve. feel like but first go and hopefully can get one booked next week and nail it. any one got any tips to make sure over the 50 kph will be greatly appreciated.

When I did it on my 125 I could tell when I was at a good enough speed due to the high pitched engine noise lol.

Maybe try and listen for a certain engine noise at that speed that you can refer too, as I said above my 125 had a very distinct noise in 3rd gear that I could use to know what speed I was at.

Just be in a low enough gear coming out of the corner that can pick up speed quickly to high a gear and you will struggle to get up to speed.

hit 3rd as you come out the bend then Wack it open go through the trap and throttle off ! thats what saved my sorry ass

My approach was, "f**kin' Cane it".... Go as fast as you bloody can, forget the nerves. Floor it! (125's only people )

I did it on ybr 125 and on 2nd gear but you have to go maximum speed, your bike gotta sound like it was going to explode LOL.

I got speed of 49 my first attempt and then second 53

yea you will have to gun it on a 125 down that straight try going abit quicker around the bend and dont look at your speed just go for it worked for me good luck

i passed it yesterday morning. managed 52 and 53 through the speed trap. it was a case of almost hitting the limiter in 2nd gear but those speeds were pretty much perfect, well happy with it
