Get your licence done where you live and then as it seem you have the money get some professional track days or something. If you think that you can get proper training in UK then you are mistaken. It's true that you must ride up to certain standard to pass MOD1 and MOD2 but this doesn't mean that you will be safe on the roads. Only riding your bike for 1000s miles will give you the experience, nothing that a normal school can teach you. Some schools are also bad, for example the school I trained with was really bad, I felt robbed at the end. If you drive a car then you have enough experience to be on the roads, just buy proper gear and take it slowly, most accidents happen when people get sport bikes and ride them too fast.
