er6n ignition coils

Hi

I have been servicing my bike today and when i came to take the ignition coils out to change the spark plugs they were corroded in. It took me about the last 4 hours to get the f****** things out and then they only came out after my bro had practicly destroyed them. It seems as if they hadnt been out since the bike was first serviced in in 2005! and CMC's said they had serviced it when i brought it last year. I think thats a load of rubbish!

Does anyone know where i can get some new ones? I dont really wanna go kawasaki dealer as i think it may cost me a fortune. There is one second hand set on eb*y for £40 but i dont think i could trust em.

edit, Kwak have used stick coils on each plug, comes up on google as a common gripe..

a used pair might be your best bet at £40,

i would ring for a quote on a new set if they are too expensive get the ones off ebay

Any one know if its possible to get pattern parts like ya can for cars?

try M&P they usually do pattern parts

also try Wemoto as they are very good... bought a few bits from them and the delivery is super fast,,
