Dunno, got the SMX5's and people really do like them, I do too.

If he can get em cheap and needs new booties I'd say go for it.

Very small sizes so be aware.

I bought these off my mate for £60 - a little dubious but they fit well and look 'ok' - will see how the zips hold out, cheers for the warning.

Let us know how you get on with them. I have the SMX Plus boots and they are the best boots I have owned. Better than my old Sidi's by far.
