alexanderfoti Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 Hi allI have some experience in the car areas of diagnostics, but wonder what the honda dealerships use on bikes such as my 2010 varadero 125. This particular bike has 2 cats and some o2 sensors (crazy!). Im wondering if there is something as easy as an ODB type socket I can grab some info from? Quote
2fast2soon Posted February 8, 2011 Posted February 8, 2011 According to the enigma-tool.eu site, the varadero is supported. I don't use this software so please don't go and buy it thinking I've recommended it, its just an example that shows the Varadero has some form of OBD(2) support. From what I've read on tuning and fuel mapping, bikes have really simple systems compared to cars. I was reading a thread about someone who turbo charged a Daytona 675 and was running lean and having to put horrible fudges into the fueling to get past it, no nice pressure sensors to map against.
