I fitted the spanny on my RXS last night and she fits really well with a Mikalor clamp in the front part but to be certain it wont come off when i am out i need to somehow clamp the back part up as well..

The spanny is off an RD200 going by the bracket i had to cut off and so theres no way to bolt it up to the RXS's bracket.. SO i need to somehow find a way of doing it and thought one of you lads might have some suggestions..

On the pic just above the spanny is the chrome exhaust bracket and the hole which is far left is the proper mounting point for the original zorst..So what you reckon lads?

Finally the spanny would look much better if ti was chromed instead of the faded paint so do you know anywhere that does it or would it be better just to repaint it in black so it tidies it up abit?

Plenty of welders about mate, don't do it yerself. I payabout a £5 for a pro welder to do a small TIG weld, £10 at most. I can m ake you a strap to wrap around the zorst and bolt to that bracket. Would need summat to hold it in position though??? Gimme a bell and some close up piccies?
