Ryder2889 Posted June 24, 2011 Posted June 24, 2011 I am getting my new rubber fitted tomorrow afternoon and am trying to find some information about what pressures I will need with Michelin Pilot Sportys on my YBR 125.I cant find any information on the Michelin website / google search. My owners manual says if your load is over 200lbs (which my ass is) then i need the following:FRONT > 25 psiREAR > 41 psiOf course the owners manual refers to the stock tyres.Any advise would be brilliant! Colin the Bear Posted June 24, 2011 Posted June 24, 2011 Start with manufacturers recommended and adjust up or down 1psi at a time to find your optimum. That rear looks quite high to start with so don't go up much. Quote
Guest Posted June 25, 2011 Posted June 25, 2011 hmm i had a new of set of tyres fitted to my cbr125 a few months ago and i just carried on using the manuals pressure values seems fine to me bikes handles great Quote
freetime101 Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 I have a ybr 125 with pilot sportys, I found the manufacturers recommendation of 29 psi on the rear a bit high, I have around 25-26 psiI'd start with the manufacturers recommendation and work up or down as required... Quote
