I was taught that system of postion numbering on CBT, but not to the same degree out on the road as in the video as there were 2 trainees.

I still find it useful now when I do a commentary ride.

never been told about number positions, but watching video i was think why is having to be told what to do what looks natural anyway?

Really? I was never tought possitionings like that on my CBT. Maybe I was just such a natural at it that he didnt need to tell me haha. Or more likely I was so bad at riding on my CBT he thought he would teach me to crawl before I could walk...

It is a very useful video though!
