Any body else done track day at silverstone with rocket Ron on the baby blades ,got me and me mate booked for his 40th at end of June ,is it any good or any advice cheers :shock:

I went when they were at Donnington in 2007.

My profile pic is from the day.

It was the 1st time I'd been on track and had only been riding for 8 months. It was a really good experience even though you don't get that much track time. I think it was 3x15 mins.

Actually managed to get my picture taken with Ron as him and Leon were there that day. I tried to get one with Leon but it didn't happen.

There was a lot of classroom time compared to track time but I did learn a bit that helped me with my road riding.

CHEERS MATE SOUNDS QUITE GOOD WITH THE ADVICE ON RIDING THE TRACK INSTEAD OF GOING INTO IT BLIND ,PLEANTY OF TIME THEN TO DO MORE TRACK DAYS WITH A GOOD GROUNDING TO START WITH
