Has anyone used a 'Peaklife' GPS

I'm looking at getting a weather proof GPS but I can't justify the the cost of a Tom Tom Rider.

I have seen a Peaklife GPS which is from China and as its weather proof and only about £90.00 it could do for what I need. Has anyone any experience with these and what does it involve trying to get the current european maps?
