Just wanted to tell people my experience of shopping with J&S.

I've bought a few bits and bats from the store in Leeds, where the staff are very helpfull and smiles all round!

I spotted an end of line item online that was discounted and decided to give it a buy. I placed the order and a few hours later, got an email saying there was a problem with my order. Oh Bum!!

The email read "We don't have the one in stock for the size you ordered, have this years version instead for the same pennies!"

So i'm now feeling all dapper in this years clobber at last years price. if you could see under my helmet, you'd see a big grinning face of a yorkshireman with some decent stuff at knock-down prices!

J&S - big thumbs up from me!

notice: I am, nor have ever been an employee of J&S, just a satisfied customer!

Been to the one in Northwich, not too bad. Ironically when I went on a spree at the NEC last year, almost all of it came from the J&S stand, totally unintentional (otherwise I could have just visited the local shop!)

Seem friendly and have always been able to give me good advice

I go to their Oakmere place regularly. It's a nice ride out and they do a cracking breakfast at the Legends Cafe. They have a good selection of gear, decent prices and are a really pleasant bunch of blokes. I had my 7.5K service done there and they replaced my crappy, problem-causing alarm with the latest datatool for the cost price (to them) of the alarm only. Brilliant place.

In fact, I'm thinking of going up tomorrow to see if the new Shoei is in stock in the colour I want.

there one in doncaster is very friendly staffed too, and really well stocked. but i heard a couple of years ago there mechanic side had bad reports.

Not heard anything about them since though and theres always groups of bikers outside it, chowing down on the burger van outside.

Wish I had one near me. All I had was a Hein Gericke, then it shut :( got a good deal on my girlfriends lid though.

Back on topic there seems to be some good reviews of j&s and from what I've seen of their online stuff it looks decent too.

I often visit their stores in Doncaster and Leeds, got most of my gear from them and my gf bought her bike from them. Well recommended :)

Bought many items from them over the years, and any problems I've had with the gear they've sorted it out no problem.
