Hi there, just ordered me a new chain as you can see in the title.

now, would it be better to lock the chain to the bike using my dads ground anchor(providing two chains would fit) and the bike be 'off the road' on the insurance, or lock the chain to the bike and a wooden desk.. :S but inside a locked garage? and be kept 'in a locked garage' on my insurance quote?

The bike in question is a CBR 125

Insurance is pretty much the same

I'd say to stick the ground anchor in the garage if you haven't already done so and chain it to that inside the garage instead of a wooden desk, it would be far more secure to a ground anchor than a wooden desk I think.
