Is it generally a no no? Im getting a Held Street 2 but Ive already ordered an RST stunt jeans from my local bike shop.

Only thing is they might not zip together which is only an issue if you plan on going on track :D

That's what I was thinking as I've only bought them and I don't quite know what I'm buying. Im not going on a track with a 125cc with an L-plate hah.

I ALWAYS wear mine zipped together, coming off at 30 can still slide your jacket up, leaving you back vulnerable to major road rash

It can doesn't mean it will, I've never zipped mine wouldn't like it never got road rash doesn't mean I can't but its nothing to do with whether you can or should buy different, some people er me the bottoms fit I needed a different fit jacket.

I zip together. In very bad weather it reduces the chances of water ingress (reduces, not eliminates!)
