Just noticed Two tubes hanging from bike

Just noticed two tubes literally hanging off my engine..

One seems to be coming from the carb and the other from the bottom of the engine. images below if anyone has any idea what they are. Have had the bike for a few months with no running problems except it doesn't like to start when its been left outside in the cold for a while.

overflow/breather tubes.

I'd say breather pipes as well, all bikes have them. My bike doesn't like starting in the cold it can be low charge in the battery and some batteries don't like the cold and won't perform as well because of it.

the one off the carb is just an overflow as others have said it should tuck down behind swinging arm and t he one in lower pic is just aa breather/drain as well and should run along the frame in the hooks you can see located on rear of frame rail in the picture
