I use two different lenses for 99.99% of all things

For my P1 work Sigma 150-500

For Motocross Nikkor 28-300Vr, not cheap but it never leaves o ne of my cameras

That's the lens I bought the Mrs to take with us on safari to Africa. The stabaliser is great for long distance wildlife shots.

(I have no clue about photography)

It isn't the most expensive Nikkor but it is listed as PRO, it is sealed against moisture and dust, and is one of their pro lineups, also not cheap, but I shoot for a living, see my site, and it never leaves my camera

What speed's the 150-500? I've looked at the push-me-pull-you Canon 100-400 and it's just not very quick for a very lot of money

Sorry for delay been away. I use the 120-400 soiggy on 60d f4.5 to f5.6 wouldn't swap it and 5 to 6.3 150-500 on d7000 hate the canon as the ttumbone style is soooooo slow
