Wheel cleaning

What do people use to clean and protect alloy wheels?.

I'm using auto glym wheel cleaner but then it just gets really dirty after the first couple of rides...

Yep I use WD40 as well

Just get the crap off and use wd40 to protect the wheel obviously it's the back wheel that's a pain.

Would gt85 do the trick?.

Top tip:

DO NOT use WD40 to clean your rims just before you get new tyres fitted. The balance weights won't stick and you'll end up looking like a nob.
