Lights off..

Going to a rider training day @ cadwell next Tuesday.Was reading the info & it ses i've got to disable the head light on my Z1000... Is the only way to do this to remove a fuse? :?:

Some advice would be appreciated please...

Well as a Z1000 owner and rider I would love to help but as it's a technical question and I purposefully store my bike in my fellow biker dads garage my only answer can be....................................................





It's Orange..... as I answer to all technical questions.


Enjoy your Training day though maybe I will try it one day after I have figured where I put the oil in mine..... pray daddy never goes on holiday without servicing mine :oops:

take the bulb out

 

Mmmmm.. got to do this at the track and obviously put it back for the ride home..Going to be a pain in the arse... :cry:

:laugh: Ha ha.. good answer sandra... do you put the petrol in or does some one do that for you??

 

Nope 3 keys snapped in lock later I now put my own petrol in under close supervision of my dad........ hey if he didnt want to look after me he shouldn't have had me.... :D

there should be a fuse for the headlights


but sometimes its easier to take bulb out or just pull the connecting block off the back of the bulb

 

Yeah your right it would be the easiest option..thanks for the advice..

Youve snapped 3 keys filling it up, if you ever need petrol and i'm in the area feel free to give ma a shout :D
